The Jack Hanley Gallery, San Francisco is pleased to present a solo exhibition of new work by New York based artist Simone Shubuck. 

 

 

Born in Fort Mammouth, NJ, in 1969, Simone Shubuck has been exhibited both nationally and internationally. She has had solo exhibitions at Kantor / Feuer Gallery, Los Angeles, CA, in 2005 and at Zach Feuer Gallery (LFL), New York, NY, in 2004. Shubuck’s group exhibitions include: Full Frontal, Corbett vs. Dempsey, Chicago, IL (2006); Through the Looking Glass, Galerie Bob Van Orsouw, Zurich, Switzerland (2006); RED WHITE BLUE, Spencer Brownstone Gallery, New York, NY (2005); and Majority Whip, Whitebox, New York, NY (2004). 

Shubuck received her BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1993, and currently lives and works in New York.
