Jack Hanley Gallery is pleased to present a show by Austrian artist Erwin Wurm.

Wurm’s photographs, videos and sculptures document the comical and absurd interaction of people with mundane objects and blur the line between performance art and sculpture.   He has shown his work extensively throughout Europe and worldwide including recent one person museum shows at Museo d’Art Moderna, Bolgna, Italy, Museum of Contemporary Art, Helsinki, Finland and Centre National de la Photographie, Paris, France.  Wurm will present photographs and a video for his fourth showing at Jack Hanley Gallery.
